I am a qualified and experienced integrative counsellor, supervisor and trainer based at the King's Lynn Innovation Centre (KLIC) in Norfolk. I'm also an accredited member of the Association of Christians in Counselling (ACC) and a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
As the natural environment and creativity are big passions of mine I have trained further as a creative therapist and ecotherapist. Being in and engaging with nature can help us thrive rather than survive. I can offer individual or group work in these approaches so do get in touch if you’d like to know more or want to explore working in this way.
My therapy practice opened in 2018 and I work with individual adults experiencing a range of challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, chronic long-term illness, loss and low self-esteem. I also work with referral agencies and mental health organisations. I have an enhanced DBS and am registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO); and am committed to providing a professional service while keeping your information safe and secure.
